Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order.

Extended holiday return policy: For all orders December 1st to December 20th you have until January 30th of the following year to return your item.

To Cancel an Order

Contact us as soon as possible to ensure we have time to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped we can no longer cancel the order, but you can still return the item for a refund. Use your order page to request a cancellation or use the contact us page to send a cancellation request.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order when it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Changed your Mind

You have 30-days to return your purchase.

Wrong Product

You can return for full refund. Just visit your account page and find your order to start the return.

Product Warranty

Each item has a 1-year warranty. If you need warranty support please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item serial number must match the serial number of the item shipped to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digitally delivered goods, such as licenses.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 4 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your financial institution. You can also contact us for verification, but we only able to issue the refund and your bank controls the speed of the process.
